The Client reserves the right to cancel this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to Simply Home Improvement at least 72 hours in advance. Upon receipt of such notice, the Client will not be billed for any additional leads generated after the 72-hour notice period. However, the Client will remain responsible for any lead charges incurred prior to the effective date of termination. Simply Home Improvement will cease all lead generation activities upon the completion of the 72-hour notice period.
